Introduction

Exfoliation of the body is defined as the process by which dead and dry skin cells accumulated on the skin’s surface are disposed of activated to produce, build or repair new skin cells. It makes the skin look soft and clean. The peeling can be done for the whole body or specific parts.

Peeling can be done at most twice a week for the best results. However, the peeling methods used to remove dead skin cells vary to introduce you to each other in our subject.
Ways to exfoliate the body and remove dead skin

Castor Oil and Glycerin Cream

Mix a small box of glycerin cream and 100 millilitres of glycerin liquid in a bowl. Add about six tablespoons of baby powder to the previous mixture, and set aside for some time. Mix half a cup of water, six tablespoons of rose water, and two teaspoons of cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat with constant stirring until smooth and soft.

Remove the rose water and starch mixture from the heat and set aside until completely cooled. Mix eight teaspoons of vaseline, six teaspoons of castor oil, and four tablespoons of sweet almond oil.

Mix the rose water and starch mixture, glycerin cream mixture and vaseline mixture in a wide bowl, then place the mixture in an airtight container and store in the fridge until use. We paint the different areas of the body appropriately, leave them for 10 minutes, and repeat them daily for three days.

Sugar, Olive Oil for Exfoliation of the body

Mix four teaspoons of sugar, 1/4 cup olive oil, and some chamomile oil drop in a bowl. Spread the mixture to the entire body, rub it with fingertips in circular movements to stimulate circulation, and remove dead skin cells.

We continue to massage for a few minutes, then wash the body with warm water, repeating it until you get the best results, with the possibility of using this method to exfoliate the face and lips.

Mint for Exfoliation of the body

Mix 2 cups coarse sugar, 1/4 cup coconut oil and five drops of mint oil. We paint all body parts in the mixture and start massaging it in gentle circular movements to eliminate dead skin cells.

We continue to do so until the whole body is finished, then wash it with lukewarm water, which is unsuitable for facial skin and lips, and mint can irritate sensitive skin.

Baking Soda and Oatmeal

Mix half a cup of bread soda, jojoba oil, oatmeal, two bags of green tea. And a glass of milk until we have a soft dough.

Apply the mixture to different body areas. And start rubbing in gentle movements for a few minutes to get rid of dead skin layers. Wash the body with soap and water afterwards, dry and moisturize well.

Note: For exfoliation of the body these recipes may not suit specific skin types, such as sensitive skin, or whose owners complain of certain skin diseases. So it is preferable to consult a specialist before use.
